Refund Policy

I understand that even when we want a Reading or Guidance, we can be mistrustful of the experience.  (I've had Great Readings and I've had Ridiculous Readings.) 

 

We don't always get the answers that we want, but we do deserve to feel a genuine connection with our Reader and trust the information coming through is reasonable and resounding with our Soul. 

 

When I begin your reading, I will set a timer for 7 minutes.  I will greet you, give you an opportunity to ask any questions about my process and then I will open Sacred Space and begin to read your cards.

 

If what I am saying does not resonate with you, if you don't feel that I am picking up accurately on your energy, you have the opportunity to stop the reading within the first 7 minutes.

 

I will ask you throughout the beginning of your reading if what I am saying is making sense.  If you agree it is making sense, then I will keep going.  If not, I will try to get more clarification for you. 

 

Once the timer goes off, I will ask if you want to proceed or not.

 

If so, then you have committed to purchase your reading

and waived your Right to a Refund.

If not, then I will immediately end the reading and issue you a Full Refund (minus any processing fees that I incurred or paid to receive your initial payment).
